OUR RENTAL PROCESS:
1. We will email a short qualification form. This form will help us to determine if you are financially able to afford the rent and to identify any background issues that may eliminate you as a good rental candidate. This will save time for us and prospective renters by not showing the rental to renters who don’t qualify.

2. If the qualification looks good we will arrange a time to tour the rental.

3. If you are still interested in renting we will collect a $35.00 fee for a background check.

4. If the background check looks good we can sign a lease, collect the rent and deposit and you can move in. The $35.00 will be applied to the first months rent.

Initial Lease period will be for 1 year.
